Why not name it "Breast Cancer Prevention Month?" They should really call it the "Be Afraid of Breast Cancer Month."
The big push for more cancer screening, it turns out, only results in more recruitment of women into high-profit cancer therapies such as chemotherapy and surgery. This is where the real profits are to be found, and Breast Cancer Awareness Month is really all about corralling women into these high-profit treatments. The science, by the way, says that radiation, chemotherapy and surgery harm far more women than they help, and that cancer over-diagnosis and over-treatment is such a huge problem today that all these breast cancer awareness campaigns are actually hurting women's health across the board.
Why not prevent cancer?
So why doesn't the cancer industry rally women to prevent breast cancer every October? The answer is obvious: Preventing breast cancer would reduce the number of cancer patients being processed through their high-profit cancer centers. Leader of the Pack
Well it is Monday! I hope you had a Fantastic Weekend bringing you another real life story of an inspiring and motivating friend! If this guy can keep up with 10 kids that gives me Great hope… Plus he was able to find an all Natural alternative with some really serious Health Challenges…

Shannon McGurk - "The Leader of the Pack"
Shannon is a very energetic, engaging father of 10 children. You'd have to be to keep up with 10! What's more, they are some of the most well-behaved and kind children, thanks to their parent's untiring attention and love. Shannon often does things in a big way because underneath it all, he has a big heart. Shannon served in the U.S. Army first in tank reconnaissance then he went back to school to climb an intellectual Mt. Everest . . . learning Chinese! Shannon and his wife met in Chinese class. Shannon received his Masters degree and worked in Hong Kong and Beijing as part of the embassy staff before he retired from the military to spend more time with his growing family.
Now we fast-forward to Christmas Eve, 2008 where his 4-year old daughter lay with cancer. Shannon had recently come across some information about mangosteen juice and was grilling his daughter's anesthesiologist about it.
"What do you think of holistic medicine and the mangosteen, doctor?" Shannon asked. "Traditional medicine has lots to teach us about the sub-cellular level. How to avoid organic cosmetics fraud
The word "organic" is not properly regulated on personal care products (example: toothpaste, shampoo, lotion, etc.) as it is on food products, unless the product is certified by the USDA National Organic Program.
Due to this lax regulation, many personal care products have the word "organic" in their brand name or otherwise on their product label, but, unless they are USDA certified, the main cleansing ingredients and preservatives are usually made with synthetic and petrochemical compounds.
Look for the USDA organic seal on personal care products that claim to be organic. Although there are multiple "organic" and "natural" standards, each with its own varying criteria, the USDA Organic Standards are the "gold standard" for personal care products.
If you want a product that is totally organic, look for the USDA organic seal. If it doesn't have the seal, read the ingredient label to find out how many ingredients are truly organic and how many are synthetic.
